THE AI-GENERATED INSIGHTS, ANALYSIS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS PROVIDED BY AAROGYA ASSIST ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.
- Aarogya Assist is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition.
- Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of information provided by this Service.
- AI models may produce inaccurate or incomplete analysis. All insights should be verified by a healthcare professional.
- In case of a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.
4. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must not upload documents that belong to other individuals without their consent.
- You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- You acknowledge that AI-generated insights require verification by qualified healthcare professionals.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and AI models — are owned by Aarogya Assist and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. Your uploaded health data remains your property.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aarogya Assist and its founders, team members, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, any damages arising from reliance on AI-generated health insights, data loss, or service interruptions.
7. Data Handling
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to data processing as described in the Privacy Policy and in compliance with the DPDP Act, 2023.
8. Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account. This will anonymize your personal data as per DPDP requirements.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.
- Upon termination, your personal data will be anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notifications. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
